California Gold Recipe Book The California Gold recipe book, advertised below, has gone through three printings since the project was conceived three years ago, and we recently ordered the fourth and final printing. The printings haven't been large, due to the limited size of the target population, but so far we have sold just over 1,500 copies of the book, resulting in a little over $30,000.00 in contributions to the Knights Templar Eye Foundation. The response from the Sir Knights and their ladies from all over the country has been gratifying, to say the least. This has been due in part to those of you who ordered a book spreading the word to others about its quality and practicality. We were able to order the fourth printing of 200 books due to contributions that underwrite the publication costs from these Commanderies: California No.1, Los Angeles No.9, and Golden Gate No. 16. To them we are grateful, in that we are still able tQ' offer the book for a $20.00 donation to the Eye Foundation. Remember, when this new printing is exhausted, there will be no more books printed. Again, our sincere thanks for your support of this project and the Eye Foundation.
