To All Sir Knights under the jurisdiction of the Grand Encampment of Knights Templar of the United States of America:
Knightly Greetings!
Please be advised that on Friday, April 11, 2008, in accordance with Sections 23 and 23d of the Constitution and Statutes of the Grand Encampment, the Most Eminent Grand Master has removed the following officers:
The Right Eminent Grand Commander
The Eminent Grand Treasurer
The Eminent Grand Recorder
This action was taken because of infractions of the laws of the Grand Encampment, violations of their vows of office, and conduct unbecoming a Knight Templar.
He installed Sir Knight Roger Douillette as the new Right Eminent Grand Commander and charged him with returning the Grand Commandery of New Hampshire to a functional state.
